I bought a house in Lehigh Acres that a master plumber said "this is the worst smelling sulphur water I have seen in over ten years" about. After installation the rotten egg/sulphur smell has been completely removed. Everyone from the installer, to Rick the salesmen and Marcus the customer experience manager has been fantastic. "Installer Eric showed up on time.  Took the time to explain how the system worked and what we could expect.  Consulted with us on the placement of the system and manner of installation. Completed installation in about two hours.  Provided a complete explanation of the systems controls and warranty,  when to add salt, when to flush out salt tank, what to do after a power outage and when system service would be needed again.  Eric did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the results.  Water no longer smells and the water from the tap tastes fine.

"The whole process took about 30 minutes. Check the whole system and added 80 lbs of salt. Updated the water and salt contains and rearranged the hard water percentage, to provide a softer water output. The serviceperson was on time and double check the system. He was very knowable and professional.

"Coupon scam.  I purchased a coupon for $79 to give me up to $200 of work.  I had already tried to install my new garbage disposal but had some trouble loosening the bolts on the old one as I don't have a lot of strength.  I am a confirmed do-it-yourselfer but decided to spend the $ 79 and make it easy on myself.  He arrived promptly, and I had all laid out and the cabinet cleared and ready since I had already been working on it.  When the gentleman arrived he informed me the cost would be well over $100 as the coupon would only give me $79 discount.  I said that was not the agreement with the coupon and was ready to send him on his way when he recanted and said he had made a "mistake".  So he did the job for $79 which took less than an hour.  He did the job OK and the disposer works fine with no leaks.  He asked me to fill out an evaluation, which I did, explaining the issue with the coupon.  He took the evaluation and I'm sure it never got turned in.  I decided to just let it go, but now looking at other reviews recounting the same experience, I am sure this is a standard scam  with the coupons from this company so I decided to add my review.  Although the work was OK and the fellow was nice enough, I rate them low because of the scam."

"Plumber was prompt and arrived when scheduled.  He unclogged my bathroom pool toilet.  He then gave me a price for the installation of a laundry tub.  He came the next day and neatly broke through the garage wall to get to the pipes to be able to install  the laundry tub.  This precise cutting of the sheetrock made it possible for my husband to reinstall it  without any problem.  I would recommend this company and will use them again."

When we reviewed with Alex what we wanted from our bathroom renovation, he made some helpful suggestions such as about additional lighting which we got and have already put to use, and about ways to manage costs without sacrificing quality.  His price and estimate on project time was 100% accurate. When he did not need to pull all the permits initially expected from the township and included in the contract estimate, he immediately informed us.  Instead of crediting us back money, he was willing at our request to add a design change at no additional cost.  Throughout the process, he engaged us in dialogue about our design and other preferences, road blocks, and how to effectively deal with failure of a purchased faucet (it was ultimately replaced).  Alex was on-site every day, with some other additional staff well known to him.  He worked steadily and diligently. Since this is our only bathroom, he made every effort to ensure that we had use of the essentials throughout most of the process.  We would not hesitate to hire him again and we are really enjoying our new bathroom!
