After repeated return visits because the house was not getting cool we came to realize the new system was not compatible with the old duct work. An unexpected and expensive surprise. I felt as though that should have been identified earlier. The management did work hard to solve the problem. I did get additional quotes for the duct work just to be sure I wasn’t being taken advantage of. I must say that after having the duct work replaced the house temperature in every room if perfect! Oleg and team removed the damaged joists, took down a wall and installed a new I-Beam giving them a an amazing open floor plan with which to do our remodel.
