"DO NOT USE AZ REMODELING & PLUMBING On 5/1/25 I called First American Home Warranty & reported a plumbing blockage. They contracted AZ Remodeling & Plumbing for the work. They scheduled me for 5/6/25 between 8am - 12pm. I asked AZ Remodeling & Plumbing if they had any appointments sooner due to the nature of the issue & they said no. We specifically made sure to take time off work to accommodate this time frame. I was told someone would call 30 minutes prior to the techs arrival. On 5/6/25 they never called, so I called & inquired about the arrival time. No call back, so I called again at around 12pm to see if they are on the way & they informed me that they can't come until around 1:30pm & they will call me 30 minutes before they come. I let them know that will not work since we have to pick up kids from school & I asked if they can come after 3pm & they said no. They then told me that they can reschedule me for 5/12/25. Their lack of professionalism is deplorable. 0 stars"

"It took a lot of phone tag to finally get the technician to our house, but once here he was efficient and professional and did an amazing job. The chip was in the edge of a white quartz countertop, very difficult to match perfectly, and the repair is absolutely invisible. Not the lowest bid, but worth the price."

"Here's my story. Contacted home tech, my refrigerator was not getting cold enough. Sent tech out to diagnose issue, $179. Tech said I need a thermostat and a main control board, I was quoted a price to replace the parts $666.35. I gave the ok to fix. The next day a different tech showed up to install the parts, so far everyone has been very nice, new parts installed, no change. I even gave it till the next morning to make sure but no change, not cold. Called Home tech and told the girl my refrigerator was not fixed after spending $845.00. No, I'm sorry to hear that, she just said there will be parts and labor costs. Frustrated I said ok, she said she could get someone out between 6 and 8pm on a Friday, I said ok. A third tech showed up and I told him what was going on and he immediately said that I was low on refrigerant but he would look into the problem. He discovered that the condenser fan was not running and I said it has been running the whole time up until the parts were replaced. He looked further and found that tech #2 did not plug in one of the connections to the main board tight, he snapped it in and the fan came on, but he said that did not solve the problem. He got a tool from his truck and added some refrigerant and things got cold immediately. So I told the tech, Carlos, that I kept the old control board and could you remove the new one and install the original one, he did and everything worked as it should. I did not need a new control board. He took the new board back with him to return and tell management what happened. It was Memorial day on Monday so I waited till Tuesday to hear from Home Tech regarding the issue. I heard nothing for days so I e-mailed them a complete description of the misdiagnosis and that I would like to be reimbursed for the main control board that I did not need, heard nothing. Called them and got transferred to Chucks voicemail and I stated that he should look at the e-mail and to please contact me. Nothing. I wasn't going to play a game of phone tag since they were obviously not interested in doing the right thing for a customer but they texted me over and over trying to sell me a appliance warranty plan. I contacted my credit card company. Still haven't heard from Home Tech. It's a shame, I picked this company to do my refrigerator repair because it's a family business, and it's a shame that there's no customer service here. Jim M Invoice #1271125. May 21, 22, 23, 2025"

"Spoke with Jaime Waite, to get floors repairs as there were cuts from the dishwasher being installed. She stated they would do a "quick" fix. I told her I was concerned the damage would return, she then brought up her dad, stating he did floors and patches would work. I also advised the trimming was coming up inside the home and needed to be fixed. She sent a contractor" over to make repairs. On his walk through, this man stated he's never done this work before and will "see what he can do". Once he left I called Jaime and told her of this, she disregarded my concern and said he was their only contractor. He came back to complete the work. I asked him to wear booties, he didn't, he also set his dirty tools on my new rug and sofa. He gorilla glued only one cut on the floor and managed to ruin my Custom Island I had installed. He got gorilla glue all over the island countertop and all over the kitchen floor. After trying for 4 hours, I was unable to get the glue off my floor or countertop. He was also there to fix the door as it would not stay closed unless the deadbolt was locked. He took all the metal plates out of the frame and managed to dent the medal door frame. This is issue was not fixed like many other things. Since then, I have been dealing with Jaime Waite's supervisor, Todd Tentinger, he has also disregarded my concerns, even after pictures of damage were sent."
