There was lack of communication that made me feel unimportant as a customer, I expected more based on what I’d read in these Google reviews. Can’t speak on their work (hence the 3 stars), as I never received my quote.
I understand things happen, but when I’m spending $18k+, I appreciate more transparency and communication. And I did not receive a call, voicemail, email nor text on Wednesday, btw. So many ways to communicate nowadays.

After visiting your home on Monday, our representative identified a few unique details around your chimney and skylight that required some additional discussion with our production team. Rather than rush an estimate that might miss something important, he let you know it would take a few days to ensure we got it right and would schedule a follow-up to go over it with you. We reached out on Wednesday, but unfortunately were not able to connect with you.
We take full responsibility for not doing a better job of communicating with you about a finalized quote sooner, and we sincerely apologize if it felt like we were ignoring you—that was absolutely not our intent. We try to be as thorough as possible, especially on projects with non-standard elements, and our typical process allows for up to five business days between appointments in those cases, but that does not excuse our lack of communication.
We're still happy to complete your quote and meet with you to review it. We don’t send quotes for roof or siding replacements by email, as we believe sitting down with homeowners to explain everything in person leads to a better, more informed experience.
