"Thank you for the feedback. We did have 5 techs come out between 05/05/22 and 05/20/22, however each visit after the initial one was no charge to you, of course. Often times an issue with a complex HVAC system could be any number of things. With some issues, you arrive at the solution through a process of elimination. And I apologize, but we don’t price match."

"Thanks for the feedback. This entire repair would've been covered at no charge if our customer had renewed the Service Agreement. We provided emergency service at 9:20 pm, acquired the part, and installed it - all under 24 hours. After hours service call fee is $159 (our service call during normal hours is $99) and $35 for additional diagnosing labor. We have additional labor in this type of warranty replacement, trip to local Trane distributor to get the part, return trip to the home to install, employee work to file for warranty, and returning motor to the distributor. That's why we have the flat-rate pricing. We are upfront with the cost of our services and they were agreed to beforehand. We always strive to provide the best service possible."
