Home Depot products were fine but my aunt also used their " authorized installers" to put in her flooring. She is in a simple house in Lehigh and the install was less than perfect. The flooring is buckling and in two spots the floor boards are wet. They blame a spill but its actually moisture from beneath the flooring. The installer failed to use proper moisture barrier material and the manager told us " it meets Home Depot standards" even though it didn't meet the manufacturers standards. I used their people because they assured satisfaction and professionalism and instead if honoring the warranty they told us " your home watch signed off on this work". They won't stand behind the warranty and blamed a friend who simply opened the door for the installers because she signed a half filled out document. Don't trust their installers. The store is fine but these authorized installers are a ripp off.
