"Ken found that our AC had a lot of mold which was impacting the air flow through our ducts. He made several suggestions, cleaned the system and installed ultra violet items to mitigate the mold and keep the ducts clean. He was extremely easy to understand and showed us everything that he did. He also did a few minor fixes on our vents. I would definitely use them again."

"We will definitely hire AirNow again! They installed a new AC unit within 24 hours, which was important during the summer months. Very professional, timely, courteous, explain everything with patience, and friendly. The call center was amazing too. They seemed very concerned about our issues even though they hear from customers all day long, If they say someone will call back soon, they really mean it! Communication is outstanding. "All good. The technician Ray arrive later than schedule, but he kept me informed of his arrival time. Cleaning and air dryer cleaning were performed as discussed. We are satisfied with the word perform."
We will remove the vent covers if they have access build up. We take them outside to scrub mold and mildew off the covers before putting them back on.
