Dale's Air Conditioning & Heating

We were in need of some AC service for our daughters house. They had already been to our house so we knew the great work they did. Dale's AC was here by mid afternoon they were there and fixed the problem. The service tech Matt was not only very courteous, he was very informative as well. I highly recommend this company for any of your needs

Excellent as usual. We’ve used them for over 10 years and they are reliable and professional. With the bi-annual checkup service, we get great service and they are usually out the same day. They were also helpful in choosing the correct size unit when we needed a new one. Today Matt was out for our first checkup in our new home and we look forward to fine service again. Highly recommend.

They were wonderful. Everything they said they would do, they did. They were meticulously clean about everything. When we came home, there was nothing I have to pick up after them and everything worked as they said it would. Wonderful. He was very forthright and he was very honest. That's who I'm gonna have actually, I'll use the service to continue throughout the year for our air-conditioning services. They're very good. I would say that they're very professional. They're very kind. They're very knowledgeable. So, when they come in and you make a suggestion, they won't laugh at your suggestion but they won't just run with it 'cause they good make money off from you, they'll kinda work their way gently around.

I was very satisfied. The people that came into install it were very professional and puntual. My utility bill has been reduced significantly and the noise has reduced as well.

The sales man was very knowledgable, honest and didn't try to over sale me on anything. He was prompt and flexible. He followed up on their work. I will call them again and highly recommend this company.

Over the phone we were quoted a price of $89 for the humidistat, including installation. The installer was very quick and neat. He was also helpful in answering general questions about my A/C system and spotted a couple of problem areas for me to address. The $89 price was very reasonable, especially since it included the service visit. I will use them again for all of my heating and A/C needs.

Everything went great. Couldn't be happier.

Called their office and setup an appointment for routine service. Was given a time frame (1-3 pm ) to expect technician. Service tech arrived on time and introduced himself. Scott was professional and looked at system. Didn't find anything out of the ordinary except for some grass covered cooling fins on outside unit. Signed up for the preventative maintenance agreement. Basically getting two visits for $149 dollars. This works out great for us, we are not h****** our AC system. You get a 10% discount on parts and labor and no trip charge.

He did a good job for me and saved me some money. He was honest and I would call him again in future if I need.

Scott the A/C tech was on time very knowledgeable and when i asked if it was time for a new unit. He said i could wait a few more years.

Everything went well. We have had them here often over the years.A few years back they installed a new air condition for us and they did all the measurements, etc. to assure we got the correct size unit for our home.
