He gathered information and took some pictures and was supposed to be arranging for a complete system replacement. He came back a few days later to get a ladder that he forgot and that was the last time I have seen him. Over the last 2 months, I have left 8 messages for management to contact me and have never received the first phone call or update. This is a terrible way to run a business."

Our unit that was installed in 2003 was toast. We ordered a new system and after a few days the crew arrived on a day that was the new record holder for hottest of the year. The system’s air handler is located in the attic of the second floor so it was REALLY HOT up there. Jamie Hughes, Victor and Andrew were very professional and courteous in not only replacing the A/C in a very difficult and demanding situation but how respectful they were of the inside of our home. "My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called "Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning" and they charged me $100 to have an "assessment of the unit" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. I also offered to pick-up the part since they are located nearby and they refused. For me to obtain the part that I am legally entitled to I must agree to pay their technicians $1, 729.00. This violates the warranty. This company misleads consumers and breaches the warranty contract."
