"STAY AWAY!!! I purchase a brand new HVAC system from this company less than four years ago. The AC wasnâ t working so I call them for repair thinking I had a warranty on parts. The tech came and found the problem. He said a part in the condenser outside needed a part. So Iâ m thinking itâ s covered under the warranty. Iâ m supposed to have a warranty on parts for ten years. The tech tells the part will cost almost $500 dollars. I almost fainted. I explained to him that I have a warranty. He said I do have a warranty but I still have to pay for parts. The tech knew what he was going and did a great job. That was a hit I was not expecting. I had to pay cause I live in Florida and need AC. They know this and take advantage of their customers. Why have a warranty if you still have to pay for repairs? Thatâ s makes no sense. I should have been informed this before I purchased the unit from them. I would have gone somewhere else. So please be aware of this company and do not hire them. They do not honor their own freaking warranties. So in the future I will be calling another company for all repairs. Since I have to pay anyway, I rather pay someone else. The tech even told me I could have hired someone else for a lot cheaper."
