Very well done.
Nothing much else to say.
Very quick to get the work done and the boss lady was pleased with the colors.

The technician (Eric) spent two hours diagnosing my electric water heater on behalf of my home warranty company. During this time, he changed is story several times. First, he said there was nothing wrong with the heater except that the elements were not set to the same temperature. After I discussed my issues, he said that the problem was that the intake valve was not fully open. After further discussion, he suggested that I pay him to install a second water heater in series, as one element in my existing heater "may" be burned out. He then suggested that I pay him to install a tankless heater, and he said he would claim to the home warranty company that both elements need to be replaced. He then called an electrician friend of his to give me a quote on installing the wiring that would be necessary for the second heater or tankless heater option. Eric quoted me $855 to replace the water heater; $1356 to add a second heater in series, and $1500 to install a gas tankless heater. His electrician friend wanted an additional $245 to install with electrical wiring. During this time, there was a contractor at my house working on my kitchen. Eric would not discuss my options in front of the contractor, and insisted that I go with him into another room and close the door. He said he could offer me a better deal if he did the work "on the side". I asked what he meant by that, and he said, "if we don't involve the warranty company". After two hours of doing nothing but talking, I finally asked the technician to please start working on my plumbing issues. The technician inspected the tub spout that was leaking and said the HWA would not cover it. He charged me to install a new spout that would be all metal, with no plastic parts. I later discovered that he simply reinstalled my existing spout. For these two repairs, Eric charged my $528.35.
