"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. "Called Roberson for an estimate on a full roof replacement after Hurricane Ian. Had used them 1 time previously for a leak repair, and they were diligent in finding the leak and getting it fixed. Their estimate for the replacement was competitive and fair, and I was told to expect about 2 months out due to the volume of work. Imagine my surprise to be called 6 weeks early and be told they were ready to go! My neighbors watched in amazement as the team swarmed my roof and completed all work in 1 day with clean up and debris removed. Very pleased"

Kayco Roofing is the first choice of First Coast homeowners. Our owner, Clark Briggs, insists on exceeding your expectations. The boss accepts nothing less than the best, since he knows you have a choice of roofing contractors, and you have honored us with your business.

"We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"
