Chris and Tim came out to my residence timely and were professional and courteous. They quickly diagnosed the issue I was having with my AC unit and fixed it the same day for a reasonable price. Since then, I have contacted them to come out for other non-related issues and each time the results were the same. When I pull the trigger on purchasing a new unit, I know who I will be contacting! Highly recommend RAIR to anyone needing HVAC services in central Florida.

Tim, Chris and crew were professional, efficient, neat and above all, very courteous. They were quick to respond to requests and completed the a/c and duct replacement with care and professionalism. I wanted to install 2 mini-split Air Conditioners in my home. One in my garage and one in my bedroom. I interviewed a few companies and went with Rair LLC. They listen to my ideas, advised the pros and cons of my ideas and then gave me their opinions. After I advised where I wanted both A/C units installed, they came up with a designed plan to implement the custom installation. Rair LLC, showed up on time and worked non-stop until the units were installed. They showed me how to use the AC units and made sure I understood it by demonstrating what they had just showed me. They professionally cleaned up the areas of work and replaced all furniture back to their proper locations. I have been hiring a lot of contractors to do work in my house and Rair LLC, are definitely professional and outstanding compared to all other companies. The price was very reasonable. The customer service and quality of work is second to none. I highly recommend Rair LLC, for your choice of business to partner with.  

Would give 6 stars if I could! Tim was very helpful in finding an AC unit that would work best for my apartment while saving me money, which I greatly appreciate. Tim did not try to sell me a more expensive unit and was straightforward when I asked him about different sizes and efficiency ratings, helping me get the best deal while also having an AC unit that runs perfectly. As a full time college student, having to replace my AC is a huge financial burden, and Tim’s prices and service far exceeded that of bigger companies in the area who I also called for a quote, i.e. ARS & Frank Gay. Tim & AJ explained everything being done in a way that made sense, and worked around my complicated schedule. They also took extra time and effort to figure out a way to install the compressor on the roof of my building without having to rent a crane, which saved me a considerable amount of money for this job. The new unit works even better than the last one ever did, and the job was completed quickly. I greatly appreciate their friendliness, flexibility and excellent service and will be using RAIR’s services again in the future. Will also recommend RAIR to anyone who needs their AC serviced, repaired, or replaced. Thanks again Tim & AJ!

The man worked 12 hours fixing things that the last installer didn't do. He was personable and answered any questions while working. I have already referred him to a good friend of mine.

Tim was great! He was very responsive and went over all of the details with us and our new unit. He made sure that we were comfortable and gave us some tips on how to make our new unit last. I have/would recommend him to anyone needing his services.

Good clean service. Very polite and well done work. I work in facilities maintenance and i know a good respectable contractor when i see one. I will hire again and refer to others who need a good contractor at an affordable price.

My AC broke down and he came out and diagnosed the problem. He had it fixed within the day and did a great job. I was happy with their responsiveness and I would definitely hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

If you are having problems with your AC or heater, I highly recommend Timothy Philpot. our AC broke in the hottest month of summer and he was speedy in getting to our house to replace our system. He also filed all of the necessary paperwork to ensure us to be under warranty. His price was fair and we will be calling him for any future work we need!
