I called several appliance shops in the Plattsmouth and Bellevue area after we had a power surge. The rates per quite crazy. I asked several friends who they would recommend and I had 4-5 people tell me to go with Johns Appliance Sales and Service. The lady who answers the phone did not give me a very good impression however, the service man, Matt was very well knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I was cringing to find out what the actual price was going to be but when I saw the bill I very relieved. Johns Appliance was much cheaper than the competition and was able to come out the next day after I called them. I would highly recommend this company if you have any repairs that needs done.

Our Kitchenaid dishwasher went out and they repaired it. It was a blown fuse and it was fixed quickly.

Our experience with them has been amazing. They are quick, honest and trustworthy. They do a great job. I do not remember the cost of their last service but it was absolutely a good price and I was very pleased with it. We would absolutely continue to use them in the future.

The techncian was waiting for me in my driveway. He was extremely knowledgable and figured out the problem, told me the cost of the part and had it installed in less than 1/2 hr. Best service of its kind.

I like the service and the people that do their work. They got the job done and do it well. They show up when they say. They don't over charge you. Friendly and guarantee their work.

I spent under a $100. John the mechanic came out the weekend before Christmas on a Sunday, which was his only day off. I bought my furnace from him approximately 5 years ago and it has been one of the best things that I have ever bought. They were slow getting it in because they only have the one service technician and he is popular and backed up, however he made sure I never went without heat. He got my duct work in do I did not freeze, so that was wonderful. They have always been courteous, prompt, and polite. They are very well-priced and just excellent people to deal with.

It is an older house. The stove is 40+ years old and the hot water heater is 20+ years. They had to do some work in order to get the new and old parts to connect. They came later in the evening which i appreciated. They also reset a thermostat.
