OK, but they forgot to check tire pressure, and I went to another company to have the tires checked, and the correct air pressure, in all four tires. My truck was not really ready when they called me to pick it up, they left inside vehicle a mess, and still had tools inside. N.S.B. Dodge never appears to be busy, every time I have been there, and I see why.

We bought our 2011 Jeep Compass there and they offer a complimentary oil change every 5,000 miles. This is the first time I've had to pay for an oil change because we got it a little earlier, but still, only $13.00. Plus all the maintenance goes onto the Carfax so when/if we ever decide to trade it in, we'll get a higher trade-in value! Always polite and professional as well.
