The  service and attempts to find Freon leaks after initial installation were, in my opinion, terrible.  Technician showed up with girlfriend a couple of times. Actual leaks in the coil and drier were found by another company.  Repeated attempts  to find the source of the repaired leaks(Coil and drier) by Air rescue were not successful.

After leaks were found by another company, Air rescue refused to reimburse me for the proper tests to detect the leak and for the Freon needed after the leak was fixed.  The coil and the drier and the associated labor was covered by the warranty.  Air rescue was informed that my invoice did not include labor or parts for the coil and drier.

Very good. Workers were prompt and answered all questions. I would have preferred they had left the area cleaner, however, it was not too bad of a cleanup for me. There is a rattle in the system which they have agreed to repair. Overall, it was a good experience and was completed within a few days. I definitely will request their service again when needed. I was very impressed with Carl.

I gave this provider an A because of the thorough job they did.  There were, however, a few hiccups along the way. 
1. The provider did not show for our first scheduled appt. I called him several times and got no response even after leaving messages both on the phone and through AL.
2. The provider pushes his monthly service prevention plan a bit too much for my liking.
Other than that, it was great.
When they came out, they pulled down all the vent covers one by one and cleaned them.  They then used a VERY NOISY machine to vacuum each ductwork artery, taking before and after pictures of a mess I KNEW I had with our newly purchased home.  They also ordered new media filters, which our two Tranes need for thorough filtration. 
They were professional and thorough and I would hire them again.

I am so impressed with this company! They are great! They do very good work and are reasonably priced. Carl, his son, Bryan, and employee, Jeff are professional and very well educated in their field of air conditioning as well as all around handymen. I highly recommend this company for any air/heating work you need. They have been a blessing for my husband and I . Carl helped us with a leak ( caused by air conditioning leak from previous company), that caused a lot of damage to the walls, carpet, and molding. We had a lot of mold, mildew, and a real mess. Carl ran tests for mildew and gave us a detailed list of repair costs to give to our insurance company, and did all the work needed. The job was handled from start to finish by Carl and his employee's, which gave us peace of mind. This company goes above and beyond for you and are truly caring. Judy Peach

Excellent experience from start to finish.  Very friendly installer and liked dealing with sales person who set up the installation.  Would definitely recommend their company.

Carl and Brian were called to provide an assessment of the heat pump and air handler in the home we just purchased as it is the original equipment. They were on-site just a short hour or two after my call (may not be typical but we called early in the day). The assessment was thorough and they took the time to explain each step and answer our questions.
In the end they topped off the refrigerant and we agreed that a cleaning of the air handler was in order. We scheduled that for next week and they waived the normal service call fee (for the assessment) as well.
Both gentlemen were very knowledgeable and professional and took the time to get to know us and fully understand what we were thinking in terms of current budget and possible future needs.  As a result we felt that this company is staffed by technically qualified, fair and honest people so we joined their membership club which reduces fees and helps maintain a history of our HVAC system.

Carl was professional, answered my many many questions politely & to me so I understood.
I would hire this company again.  I did sign a maintenance care for this air conditioner.  We need it.  We can't be without air & heat.
Special is worth fee.  It will save us many dollars in future.
