Extremely pushy salesman tried to sell us a $8000 system when we said our budget was $800-1000. He took offense to us not wanting to buy his system, refused to leave the house until we “reconsidered” his proposal, and called his supervisor to let him know that we we’re being unreasonable by asking for time to think about it. I found out afterwards that some of their sales force only gets paid when they make a sale in the spot - hence the resistance to giving us any more time to think about the purchase and his refusal to leave our house after we said no. Terrible business model. Outrageously overpriced system. Terrible experience

Steve and his team were amazing. I cannot recommend them enough. From the initial evaluation, Steve was honest about my system. He quickly identified those portions of the system that were functioning and not functioning. Steve and the team check the functioning aspects of the system to ensure they were functioning, would last and not require replacement. I NEVER felt like I was being up-sold or taken advantage.
