CGC Water Treatment

He was unable to unclog the pipe, He said I needed a complete replum and he would send me an estimate within 24 hours and credit me the $300 I paid and left. One week later I called the office and the woman told me she needed to speak to him and an estimate would be forthcoming. I have not heard from them since then and I hired a handyman on April 5th and he performed the service on the 6th. He used a snake and a hose, completely clearing the pipe.

My husband and I were referred to CGC Water by close friends. Everything from the first appointment with the sales man to having the project complete felt very intentional and customer focused. They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. I was really happy that they got us on the schedule quickly, we did not have to wait 4+ weeks that other projects have taken. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment.

My wife was home when they came and she said they did an excellent job and treated her with respect.

It was a simple repair they arrived on time and cleaned up after they i the installation.

I spent a lot of time trying to get the lazy susan cabinet doors to close properly. It still does not close right.

David was really nice and did the job. Expensive but when you are in a pinch what can you do.

Employee was straight to the job and quickly repaired my toilet. Left everything in a clean state. He knew what needed done and how to do it. Would refer them to anyone in need.

I had an excellent experience with CGC, very professional, arrived on time, & completed the work. The staff is 5 Star all the way.

David arrived when he said he would and completed the task by correctly identifying where the clog was. If I had only known that the small Snake Line was going to go Through the center of my Brand New drain (which I had replaced just last night). I would NOT have taken out the old one! The small snake caused the very center of the drain (where the Stopper guide goes) to be widened and have sharp edges. We did bring this to David’s attention and he smoothed the edges down as we asked him to. The water is flowing smoothly and rapidly now. We are also thankful for getting on the schedule the day after we contacted CGC. Thanks for a job well done.
