"We are very satisfied with the water softener. The staff of Affordable Water are very nice."

"Great customer interaction and orientation. Very personable. Installed Whole House Filter and Salt Softener system as well as a Reverse Osmosis System for drinking water. Excellent water quality. ALL the hard water is gone -- completely. What a difference it makes in skin, hair and overall health. Highly recommend this company."

"Very honorable company. They do not cut corners and tell you the problem as it is. I had other water softeners before, but they were not reliable and trustworthy when it comes to maintenance. Integrity installed a new system for me, took over my other softeners for my other properties, and for the past 3 years, it has been nothing but a wonderful experience. You need them, and they are there! No excuses, no drama!!"

"Very knowledgable, professional, only does water heaterâ s!!! That was a good selling point for me â ¦. They know water heaters! Great job, great customer service."

"My husband and I were referred to CGC Water by close friends. Everything from the first appointment with the sales man to having the project complete felt very intentional and customer focused. They took water samples, listened to what we wanted, answered all of our questions (we had plenty) and set us up with everything we needed. I was really happy that they got us on the schedule quickly, we did not have to wait 4+ weeks that other projects have taken. The install was very thorough and even though nobody will see the equipment the install spot was left clean and the piping all looks nicely hung. That may not matter to everyone but I noticed. Before leaving, the technician made sure all equipment was working and retested the water to make sure it meets our expectations. Now we have a Kinetico whole house water softener, and a Kinetico RO drinking water system. I am so glad we went with the Kinetico system. I can tell a difference in everything! I dont get spots on the dishes anymore, my towels dont smell funky after washing them and having good water has even helped with dry skin. I love the drinking water too! I really can tell a difference from other drinking water and I always fill my water bottle up at home before leaving the house because other water just does not compare. I really appreciate the follow up as well, we opted for the scheduled salt deliveries and filter changes so we dont have to worry about it as much. I highly recommend CGC and the Kinetico water equipment."

"Raphael was great to work with. We lost all water pressure and thought the water softener was the likely culprit. He explained repair and replacement solutions for a water softener that had gone bad and showed me why the unit had failed. He ensured all fixtures could work on a temporary bypass solution and cleaned up the areas affected, which was all throughout the house, and was professional. I appreciated that he took the time to explain something I didn’t know much about. We will be in touch to purchase a new unit from the company. I would highly recommend Raphael and Fenwick Plumbing!"

"Water stopped in house. Quick inspection showed a pump not working. Was pretty sure it was a capacitor but wasn t confident enough to do it myself. Florida Pump service was fantastic to work with for need it now service. Communications were clear, especially with the pricing to expect. Our technican, Gene, was timely, friendly and very efficient. Issue resolved in 5 mins. Maybe a little more expensive than if you planned maintenance in the future but good value for me. ?"
