This fantastic company also closed in my screen house for the rain & possibly snow cold winter months with this beautiful design of Plexiglass. His team also completed odd jobs of installing two door bells, replaced damaged tiles in my kitchen & installed tinting sheets on four kitchen windows which I love. "The owner of Tadlock Roofing demands such repulsively higher profit margins than 99% of the other locally owned roofing companies. This is not only appalling, (Refer to Florida Statue 501.610 Commonly referred to as the Price gouging Statute.) but merely a minuscule fraction of the dysfunction you will encounter here. The Tadlock family operates as undoubtedly the most shady, Con-artist individuals that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are looking for excellent quality work, at half the price, with HONEST, trustworthy, LAW ABIDING individuals, look ANYWHERE other than Tadlock Roofing. I would be honored to give some personal recommendations on such companies! BE CAREFUL OUT THERE! This company will lure you in, under false pretenses, and a “Holier-Than-Thou” arrogance trickling down from the owner, to his dysfunctional puppet family members, meddling their dirty hands in the business as well. Honestly look into the history of this company. The book of lawsuits seem to be endless. (To be clear, I did in fact unfortunately have work completed on my home by this company.) "We were building a home and Kayco installed the roof. Looked good at first till first light when we were shocked from the wrinkles all over. Kayco was immediately notified within two days after install, since install was a Saturday. He proceeded to argue it wasn't his fault. I told him his supervisor was well aware of our concerns and chose to proceed. He did not care! I asked about warranty. Still no resolution. We entered rainy season and various other problems arose. Much too lengthy to get into here. We hired a professional inspector to which we found many more issues. The Kayco company also refused to pay their supplier and they placed a lien on our property, which they had every right, so we paid that. It was a lot of stress to endure from, in my opinion, a company that had no regard to owning up to its responsibilities. We will have no choice but to have the court systems resolve the matter. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone!! Beware!!!!!"
