Came as scheduled. Professional.

Luke arrived promptly and was knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He answered all of our questions. He sincerely aimed to please and ensured that we were totally satisfied. We have used Tidy Sweep multiple times and we will gladly use them again .

Excellent. They even replaced a section of pipe between the dryer and the wall so that it wouldn't clog so soon. No charge for that.

All went well. Two men arrived on time, service took about 45 minutes. Men were professional and pleasant. Did not make a mess. Fair price..$95.00. If there are no subsequent issues, will have them return in 1-2 years. Will address air ducts.

Scotty was right on time & was professional throughout his devices. I would highly recommend

the heater went on the fritz and we couldn't use the fireplace for heat because the chimney had not been cleaned in a number of years. We were able to get an appointment for the next day, possibly because this was just before Christmas. The next morning they called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. The fellow who came out was friendly and professional, including calling in to check on how best to handle an oddity of our chimney. We were happy with his work and with his care for keeping the house clean while doing the job. We would certainly use this company again.

Great. The technician many many recommendations for fire safety. He was honest and stated the fireplace was clean and didn't need cleaning. He went on the roof to inspect the chimney cap and stated it was dented (as indicated in home inspection) but stated it didn't require repair. Overall good experience, felt comfortable with the technician, and wasn't nickeled and dimed.

They were punctual, pleasant and professional. Even fixed our dryer connection and patched up panels in fireplace - unprompted and didn't charge extra. Excellent experience.

Arrived exactly at promised time.  Cleaned dryer vent that badly needed
it.  Discovered the vent had a dogleg so he climbed up on the roof to
clean it from both ends.  Got it all done quickly.

Performed the work as agreed upon. Very professional and didn't leave any mess at all. I was prepared to clean up some soot or ashes that might've been left, but the cleaner was outstanding!
