Fine Tuning

He did an excellent job in tuning my wife's piano.  The piano had a lock on it, but the key had been lost for years.  When we told Mr. Sluss that we were concerned about our toddler injuring his hands lifting the lid to reach the keys, he found a replacement key that fit the lock (free of charge).  Highly recommend.

Tuned & is coming back for other needed repairs

My piano is 40 years old and has been through 2 moves in the past 7 years without any tuning or servicing.  I called Fine Tuning and left contact information.  Mr. Sluss returned my call promptly to set up an appointment and let me know the approximate cost.  He showed up promptly, was dressed professionally, and was very courteous.  He even removed his shoes as he came into the house.  He tuned my piano, performed needed maintenanace, and removed a pen that had been dropped inside causing several keys to play at the same time whenever one of them was used.  When he finished, I was treated to a song on my wonderfully tuned piano.

Mr. Robert Sluss has been tuning our grand piano for the last 10 years.He calls every 6 mos to set the appointment.

We used their service once every six months. The first time we did it we had an old piano and it was in pretty bad shape more like tuning was and we can’t even spend several hours on it. It actually sound like a mice have been living on it and storing food. They actually cleaned it all out and everything and didn't charge us for it and it’s always been very prompt and professional.
