This is not only appalling, (Refer to Florida Statue 501.610 Commonly referred to as the Price gouging Statute.) but merely a minuscule fraction of the dysfunction you will encounter here. The Tadlock family operates as undoubtedly the most shady, Con-artist individuals that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. If you are looking for excellent quality work, at half the price, with HONEST, trustworthy, LAW ABIDING individuals, look ANYWHERE other than Tadlock Roofing. I would be honored to give some personal recommendations on such companies! BE CAREFUL OUT THERE! This company will lure you in, under false pretenses, and a “Holier-Than-Thou” arrogance trickling down from the owner, to his dysfunctional puppet family members, meddling their dirty hands in the business as well. Honestly look into the history of this company. The book of lawsuits seem to be endless. (To be clear, I did in fact unfortunately have work completed on my home by this company.) I make it a point to advise everyone that I speak with, to NEVER do business with this company. I have, and will continue to successfully spread the word far and wide. ?"

"We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. Congrats to the entire Collis Team!"

"Great! These guys were very professional and hardworking. They kept me posted how on how the repair was progressing, and took time to explain and demonstrate to me how their system was working on my house. Travis, Randall, and the rest of the crew are clearly good at their trade, and showed great care stabilizing the foundation without creating more problems. They also even began the job a day earlier than the salesman had hinted might be the start date, in this crazy time of supply and labor shortages. Exceeded my expectations! In the unlikely event I would need another house foundation repaired, I'd call them again."

"AMC Roofing installed a new tile roof on my home two years ago. On 9-28-2020, I sent them written notice and pictures of a leak in my roof. AMC breached their contractual obligation when they refused to repair the leak because I had filed a customer service complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) earlier in the same month. The leak continues to damage my bathroom, dining room, and kitchen/kitchen appliances. This is more than just poor customer service and a breach of contract. This outrageous treatment of me and subsequent retaliation, intimidation, coercion, and refusal to fix the leak in my roof because I have filed complaints with the proper reporting bodies for such matters rises to negligence. Do not hire this company because they are extremely unprofessional, regularly breach contractual obligations, and are very dishonest. You don't want to end up in my situation having to file a law suit to recover for your property loss!"

"This company installed my roof. The shingles are lifting in less than two years! The roof does not meet hurricane force winds. This company installed the roofs on all the homes in Phase II of the community. None of the roofs in Phase I, III or IV have any issues. However ALL OF THE ROOFS in PHASE II are lifting due to poor workmanship. The owners name is Ryan. He will not return your calls or show up to work with the roof owners and manufacture of the roof. Vic is another one who works for the company too. They both have performed very unethically. I do not recommend this company what so ever. Call someone else. Run Fast."
