Trafton did our roof when our home was built, and did a GREAT job. Our roof was destroyed by hail, and insurance set us up with another roofer. We were much less happy with the result. When our roof got hit again with hail, we insisted on Trafton. They were GREAT. The roof we lived is back! Tim, Tara and the whole crew are great to work with. Tara helped us coordinate other trades (gutters, etc) and did a fantastic job working with our insurance. She kept me informed about the status of things much better than the insurance company. I give Trafton my absolute highest recommendation.

Trafton Roofing came out and applied white Silicone sealant over the top of the old roof. I can already feel the difference in heat in the house, it feels much cooler. The roof looks fantastic and the work crew was very professional, quick, on time, and cleaned up all the old debris that had to be power washed off the old roof. Also, the price was much less than I had anticipated. All in all just a great experience. I wouldnt hesitate to hire again.

The owners and staff of Trafton Roofing are the ultimate professionals. It starts with Laura who is office manager. She is polite & knowledgeable and gets your questions answered promptly. Tara & Tim the owners arrived to check our roofs & worked with our insurance claim team to get exactly was needed to complete the job. It took 2 months to complete a 4-5 day job. My husband and I decided to go with a metal roof even though it would mean several thousand dollars out of pocket. Trafton sent out a crew that completely botched the application. They had to fire the crew, and tear off the roof and start over with a different crew. While our roof was exposed, we had rain damage inside. Started june24, finally finished August. Three weeks ago, we noticed that part of the drip edge had a gap, allowing water to damage the trim. After promising for three weeks to come out and fix problem, still waiting for someone to show up. I guess they got their money, and are done with us. Worst experience we've EVER had with a company. They do not know what they are doing as far as metal shingle application, and I would never call them for anything. Empty promises.

Roofing projects are not fun, but Tara and Tim run a great company and made it as painless as possible. They personally inspect roofs, manage their business and are responsive and helpful anytime you need them. They don't overschedule their work (even in the wake of significant storms) in order to effectively manage their crews, supplies, etc. This business practice pays off, in that they are not overextended and can truly deliver what they promise--a refreshing work ethic which we appreciate! In addition, the crew was on time, worked extremely hard, and cleaned up every day as promised. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and Trafton Roofing has my highest recommendation!

Very well! This was our third roof job in the last eight years by Trafton roofing, on three different building that we own. We have never been disappointed in the quality of their work and owners Tayra and Tim Webster were very patient with our many questions and concerns. Their roof replacement estimate was the best, out of a total of five, with the same comps. They were also our advocates with our insurance company and we can recommend them without reservation to anyone looking for fair, honest work

My roof has been leaking, off and on, for over 3 years. Trafton came in and took a comprehensive look at the issue (there were several problems) and set out to fix the problem. Trafton replaced our very complicated and leaky flat roof. Their bid was fair, and workmanship on the job was very good. Tim and Tara kept us informed of what was going on (we had a few weather-related delays, so the project took a couple weeks). The crew cleaned up after themselves every day. I'm very satisfied with our experience with this company, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

the regular roofing was done in 1 day and looks very good. The flat roof repair was done on a hot day and I was very impressed with the hard work that Dakota did. The only issue is pinning down a time for the work, they seem to need flexibility built into their schedule.

Trafton came out and reroofed our house. It took less then a week. They missed a small decorative roof, but came out and fixed it when we called. They left the yard clean and spotless.

It went just fine, but because they are extremely busy doing other roof repair, they couldn't get to me until about three/four weeks after I'd contacted them. This is seasonal, but for May/June time, they are busy. Also appreciate the warranty they offer with their work (included in price).
They were punctual, started work on time, but no one really walked up to the door to let us know what was happening or that they were starting--I had to go to them. Every time I've talked with Trafton, though, they seem to be very knowledgeable and nice. Other roofers were trying hard to find other "issues" with our roof, and Trafton just identified and fixed the problem, noting there were no other issues.
Seems to be an honest and well-run company.

The smaller roof project had a hitch because the roofers forgot to seal around a bathroom vent and the rain water leaked into the bathroom and damaged the ceiling and wall sheetrock.
The full roof project looks beautiful! My only complaint is that the roofers moved the materials around on the roof in such a way that they violently shook the house over and over and light fixtures and smoke detectors dropped down from the ceiling. I would only give them a B for the clean up as I am still finding nails and roofing materials on the ground around the house. Overall, I really enjoy working with Terri and Zach and Tara in the office, and Antonio and his workers on the roof. They are a very professional team.
