Came punctually as arranged.  Explained everything that he was doing and replaced an element that was rusting and blocking flow of gas. Secured the unit into the bottom of the fireplace and provided sand and ember material and reformatted the assembly.  Used drapes to keep carpet clean and over all did a professional job at a fair price.
Would recommend to others.

Tim and Chris came out during the scheduled time and quickly realized they needed a special part for the job.  They did a safety check to make sure there wasn't an active gas leak, and rescheduled to come out the end of the week.  They came out that day right on time and were friendly, respectful, professional, clean, and fast.  They explained what was wrong with the fireplace and how they were going to fix it and went right to work.  I have never had a gas fireplace before and they explained to me how to turn it on and off and were happy to wait while I tried it myself.  They worked well together and it was obvious that they both enjoyed and were good at what they did.  I felt the price was appropriate for what was done and I feel so much better about having a safe, operational fireplace.  I will definitely call them again if I ever need fireplace or gas services done again.

The job did take a lot longer than expected. Our first consultation was done in early October. We had wanted the job done by Thanksgiving and they had said they could. However, the job was not all the way completed when we had company, but it was functional. Clean-up was good between each day. They did a great job and the work was beautiful. The pricing was competitive. Overall, everything was pretty good. It was a good experience.

Works well. Owner is very nice and has always gone out of his way to help me. Even his wife has helped me.

Though I may have written down the wrong time, it seemed they were late but the professionalism and ability to listen way outshone that minor flaw. I WILL use them again and again!

I feel they performed their job well. The unit was repaired quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves.
