At neighbors' recommendations, I contacted McFall to remodel my three bathrooms. I am so glad that I selected them instead of another company, which is larger but did not put a personal touch on their business. All the McFall crew members seemed to care about their work and wanted to do things right. The project manager Lane Turner was responsive, patient, honest, and trying to help above and beyond throughout the process. He was the soul of the project (and I hope he will become a partner of the company instead of simply an employee). The tile person and the cabinet guy were the best in their trades. The painters Shawn and Dustin were meticulous and friendly. After their work, I felt that hiring anybody else would have been a downgrade. McFall use top-quality subcontractors, for example, Central State Glass, Magma Granite & Marble, and FD Tile. My family and I are very satisfied with the finished bathrooms and grateful to McFall for improving the quality of our life. I would highly recommend McFall to anyone.

Michael McFall and his team were very responsive to our needs from bidding to completion. They always called, explained what was being done, and how long it would take to be completed. They stand behind their work and that meant a lot to me. I have used them once before to replace a roof on my house. I have been fully satisfied with their professionalism and service, and would hire them again.

I have a small house/roof with one skylight, and I had the existing shingle roof replaced with a new shingle roof and new skylight. Lots of water damage required replacement of maybe 1/3 of the decking as well as some of the fascia. Despite the extra work required, McFall had the entire thing done in a day and a half. I picked McFall because they had good ratings, and of the 4 companies I contacted they were the most modern, organized and professional. They were eager to do the work, did not go out of their way to badmouth their competition, and were respectful of my home. They were a little more expensive than other outfits and maybe if I had a larger roof it would have been too expensive - hard to say. But I'm very pleased and will happily recommend McFall to anyone.

The inspection and bid process was very professional and timely. There was a bit of a delay in starting work due to workload as “end of March, beginning of April” turned into the middle-end of April. A lot of that can be credited to unreliable spring weather however. I got worried I had gotten lost in the shuffle but the office was very polite when I called to check up and explained the delay. Once the time came close, Melissa in the office kept us informed of exact start time and what they needed as they showed up. Once work started they were very professional and focused. They cleaned up daily and completed the job quickly even though they encountered more damage than originally thought. Walk down and final inspection were completed in the next few days and besides the nice new roof you would have otherwise never known they were here. I whole-heartedly recommend Mike McFall and McFall Builders to anyone needing roof work.

McFall Builders was very professional from providing estimates to completing the work. They were responsive to emails, texts and phone calls during the jobs. They use great tradespeople and offer options for quality of finishes (Do you want the Cadillac, Ford or Kia or front doors?) They did the right thing when no one was looking and fixed any mistakes when pointed out (just a couple due more to communications.)

Kerry, in their office, then followed through to make sure all was OK. We then made an appointment with their estimator to solve the problems. I was given good advice and a reasonable bid. Kerry explained that until the rains stopped, leave the tarping on the roof until the weather dries out because they need to tear off other roof and let it dry out before they can proceed. Kerry was very kind and friendly and calmed my major concerns that the ceiling was going to fall. Thanks so much.

Like clockwork....The removal of old roofing tiles and underlayment, and installation of new and better underlayment and roofing tiles, and the new flat roofing section, plus the ongoing cleanup, took approximately a day and a half. And comes with an excellent work guarantee and roofing warranty. The cost was quite reasonable, and the relationship with McFall personnel during the process was tops. Highly recommended.

Since we needed to roof two homes, they brought two crews and each job was done separately. The entire process was very professional and actually very fast. The crew for this house caught a little bit of a break in that the roof is not steep, it just has a simply gable roof on a ranch-style home. This crew was top-notch, they cleaned up the job site everyday and also rolled a magnet over the area daily to keep the area free of nails. I am very happy with the end product and I feel very confident that the McFall family will fully stand behind their warranty. I highly recommend this family for building or roofing projects.

The roofing job came off without a hitch. The crew was very professional and hardworking. They had to replace some wood around the dormer, but their were no hidden surprise costs. Extra wood is figured into the cost of the roof. I paid them exactly the agreed upon amount. I'm not sure everyone realizes how rare that is in the building industry. There are almost always add-on costs. The only con in dealing with this crew is that the foreman is not really serious about keeping nails cleaned up. He could do a much better job of that. We live on a farm, so nails in tractor tires would be a huge problem. We have our own rolling magnet and we picked up our own nails.

Because the hurricane damaged many homes in our area, we had a handyman temporarily weatherproof our home and do some carpentry work while we evaluated roofers and arranged roofing work. All our contacts with McFall Roofing personnel were positive. Jesse Dean evaluated and explained the roofing contract clearly; the secretary/scheduler, Cari Nipper, arranged details including giving us addresses of local clients where we could see roof shingles in colors we were considering (a big help with our decision); Michael McFall and his assistant Jonathan supervised often throughout the three day project. The workmen were friendly, quiet as they could be, and worked steadily, cleaning up after themselves every afternoon. There were three panels of new roof decking installed to replace rotten wood. The owner, Martin McFall, came with Michael to see how the work was progressing. We were very pleased every step of the way and are happy with our new roof. C. Johnson
