He was very considerate and even went with me to exchange my water heater that was under warranty. The labor was not covered. He also helped me pick out the best heater for me.

I am a pastor so character and integrity are a big deal to me. I called another plumber first and got a quote. It seemed really high so I tried a second opinion. Called Zane and he laughed out loud and said they were crazy, it would cost half that. Zane showed up, was professional and quick. And before he left he said heâ d check back in to make sure all was well. Later that afternoon when he checked in there was a small quirky issue with the water filter heâ d installed so he just came back out that evening and took care of it. Then he continued to stay in touch via text for the rest of the evening just to make sure. If I could give 10 stars I would. You should NEVER call anyone for your plumbing issues other than Z Plumbing Inc. absolutely one of the best experiences Iâ ve ever had with a contractor. Zane is a small family run business. He told me he worked for the big box guys for almost 29 years and just got tired of having to take customers for a ride, charging them for things they didnâ t need, upselling them and outright just charging too much. This is the kind of guy who is building a company with integrity and the customer first approach, something that seems to have gone by the wayside these days.
