"My HVAC system is still under warranty. Due to the recent storms that have impacted Florida my HVAC system stopped working. I called "Bayonet Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning" and they charged me $100 to have an "assessment of the unit" although I am still under warranty. They then communicated I needed a new compressor which was still under warranty. However, unless I agree to have their technician's replace the compressor they will not ship me the part. I also offered to pick-up the part since they are located nearby and they refused. For me to obtain the part that I am legally entitled to I must agree to pay their technicians $1, 729.00. This violates the warranty. This company misleads consumers and breaches the warranty contract."

Start by unscrewing the overflow valve, which is located on the wall of your tub between the floor drain and the tub spout. Simple blockages can be cleared using household plungers or manual snakes, provided no severe plumbing issues exist.

Clean regularly with non-abrasive cleaners, avoid pouring grease down the drain, and check for leaks under the sink.
