SOLO ELECTRIC INC

I rent an office space at a local professional center. Solo was there installing hallway lighting. I professionally, am a business advisor and consulting Hypnotist. I require a quiet, professional, work space. While these men were doing the lighting (3 of them) they were chatting loudly, not wearing masks and joking at an audible level. I had music in the background, as I know there is background noise in the building. After several hours of not being able to concentrate (because they were so loud), I had to leave. I had a heavy workload, PAY to rent an office and when I approached them to let them know I couldn't work with them being so loud, one actually smirked and gave me a "pfftt" with an eye roll. No one else said a peep. No apology. No trying to be professional and courteous without disruption. Nothing. Just a ride glare as I left. I was furious. And I would never hire them for a commercial project. Very disappointed.

I called Chad because another installer had messed up the entire project & I was afraid there might be live wires! Chad came out within an hour & installed the fan perfectly! He is a great guy & very professional. We will never call anyone except Solo ever again!!!

They came out the day before, to give us an estimate and assess the scope of work. The following day they arrived on time and got right to work. They completed the job in a very professional and timely manner.
We will definitely use them again in the future!

I called on Solo Electric because of what I read in Angie's List. And I was not disappointed. I had a real emergency and it could have caused a fire. Solo Electric showed up within the half hour of my call and was ready to go to work. They not only did an excellent job, but work well with FLP when they were needed. This could have easily been a two day job, but they finished the same day so my 84 mother was able to have electric that same day. They were very understanding. I highly recommend Solo Electric.

Everything went great and I would have the Solo brothers team back without question. Total charge was for an hour and a half of labor plus $16.00 cost of the chandelier bracket and work box he furnished. Shawn doesn't fool around. He moved in and got it done in the absolute minimum time possible. It might have taken a few minutes less if I hadn't asked so many questions, but as a novice do it yourselfer, I just couldn't resist asking the questions once I had a professional on site.

I had a previous great experience with Solo Electric so I called when I needed more work done. They scheduled me for two days later. They were running late and called to ask if it was ok or would we need to reschedule. We were ok with a later arrival and told them so. When the young men arrived they went right to work and got the job done. I purchased the lamps from a large home improvement store. When they opened the second chandelier they found it was incorrectly built. The wires were coming out of the bottom of the lamp instead of the top. They completely disassembled and rebuilt the lamp. These guys are great! No extra charge for the extra work. Plus they have such a good attitude. Most people would have been frustrated and not gone the extra steps.

I think they are excellent! Chad, is the owner. He works by himself or with his brother. They are reliable and you know who's going to be coming to your house. I like that a lot because I don't like having people come in and out. I plan on using them again soon and would also recommend them!
