Ryan came out and checked the system and the battery in the control box; and those were all good. He determined that the sensor on the slider door was the problem. He cleaned the track, reinstalled the sensor on the door and secured it. The last thing he did that put his service OVER THE TOP was that he knocked down a large wasp nest that was in an area I couldn't reach even with a ladder. This was the best customer service we’ve seen in a long time!!"

No push-back or complaints at all on their end."

"When they first arrived they said they could not do the work. They thought it was just hanging a new door, not actually installing new frame and door. I think of hanging door as "a new frame". Why would I pay $299 to hang a door on existing frame. That would take maybe 1/2 hour. In any case, they did it, and the job was done right.
