They renovated my home and did a wonderful job. They were efficient and explained each step that was done and the cost involved. They worked to keep the cost within budget and the time frame. Their company is professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any type of home improvement services. I would use them for every home project I have or want to do. Silvana and her husband are honest and beyond reasonable with their service. They assisted me with material pick up and ordered items I needed for my project without concern. The communication is amazing and even after my work was completed theyâ ve assisted me. Iâ ve had them work on a previous property and my current one. I will continue to use them and recommend them to family and friends.

I paid them almost $8k $7800 to be exact. They had the audacity to add traveling expenses and extra charges to pick up materials to complete the necessary work. There prices are off the wall as they completely overcharge for their shoddy work. My wife and I had to make many trips to Home Depot to exchange or purchase items that they bought in error. There communication leaves much to be desired as to when they will show up to work. Silvana does the accounting and sends handwritten messages with hard-to-understand illiterate accounting methods. On appositive note Louis is a very hard worker but Silvana is not to be trusted! Where is the air mattress? plug in deodars?

"Lance, the work you paid for included painting your entire house with materials, garage cabinets removed, ceiling fans replaced, ceiling lights replaced, shelving, building a closet, installing doors, changing door handles, picking up materials, installing medicine cabinet and I can go and on. If you feel that we over charged you, why did you choose us after you had received other estimates. We appreciate the time spent and we feel we were fair and just. I am sorry you feel that it wasn't. I know the truth is that you wanted us back, but we were busy in another project, but you couldn't wait. You made the decision to speak bad about me and my skills. I thank you for showing people who you are. We thank you for the business and the clothes you gave us for my son. We thank you for the food you offered us because we worked until late in your home. The last bill was handwritten because it was almost 10PM when we finished, and I didn't have my computer with me. I gave you credit for the items that were not used and you also asked for a break in the balance even after asking us to do extra shelves in your son's room. I gave you the break and you still think I am a bad person. I hope you find someone that you can be happy with. Thank you again."

Silvana and Luis just helped us finish a challenging project to install a high CFM range hood in our kitchen. Luis managed to build a new rigid duct to an existing vent, and ensured the hood works flawlessly. Silvana is very responsive in replying to our questions, and patiently explains every details about our project. In addition, they take care of the other small projects with equally satisfactory outcomes. Needless to say, they are by far the best contractors I've seen, and we won't be hesitant to use their service again for our futuristic renovation needs. Highly recommended!!

We hired them to remove the popcorn ceiling, drywall a room, and remove mirrors from some walls They were efficient and reliable. They finished the the job in a reasonable amount of time and did good work. Communication was good and they were very professional. They are also willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right and have a happy customer. I would hire them again and highly recommend them

I worked with this company after I had popcorn ceiling removal, to correct what the previous company did. I am happy with the way the work looks, but there has been a lot of cleanup after the job and dust damage. Initially their customer service is great but they should have been a lot cleaner. Nothing was covered to shield from dust while they were sanding. I had to call ac cleaning company because they did not use a dust filter system or did not even advice to turn off air con. There was so much dust everywhere that we had to repaint. I had to have 2 cleaning companies come in, carpet cleaning done, and power washing done on the deck and there is still so much dust. I have allergies and could not sleep at my home for 2 weeks due to the dust. I have made attempts to contact company with no reply.
