"They're VERY honest and they've got great rates. We've been taking our cars there for about 15 years. They're excellent.  On this second incident he could have told us anything but he stated the door motor was defective. Not only did they install a new a/c door but he DID NOT charge any labor cost.  This is the best automotive repair place in the US"

"The original estimate process was incredibly easy, within an hour I had 3 estimates with varying seer levels. Out of 8 estimates from 8 companies I chose Payne as it had the most valuable option. I was able to get an install nearly next day, and it was done completely within 5 hours, and the installers were extremely polite and professional. I have yet to have any issues with the system, and have purchase the optional labor warranty in case I do."
