"After a cold night, turned up the thermostat to heat up the house and after about 1 hour the temperature didn't change.  Checked the breaker to the pump, turned it off, tried to turn it on again and the breaker kept tripping off.  I called Jim Morris on Sunday morning and he came by a few hours later and called me (as promised) when he was on his way.  This cost a bit more than his normal service charge (being a Sunday and it was an emergency service).  The heating system is working great now!

"I had a number of people out who said the circuit  board I needed was not longer available and that I would have to replace the whole system at a cost of around $3,500.00.The tech Anthony from CSMP came out and checked the system out.  He checked and found the part and was back the next day to instal it.  Did I mention, I called about 3:00 in the afternoon and he was there in about an hour.
Unit fixed the next day and works fine.  On time, courteous, clean can do attitude.  So much better than I have seen in the last 20 years. I will use these guys again and when I do need to replace my unit, I want these guys to do it!
