I am a female, the plumber was a male, but the contact from the main office is a female. The office woman stayed in constant contact with me until the plumber arrived, and sent me a picture of who was coming. I loved this , made me feel safe. The plumber was professional, nice , clean , and knowledgeable, and honest. This company is not not cheap nor expensive, but I was sick of cheap. This will be who I call from now on.

The plumbers that cam to my house in Largo were knowledgeable, polite, and cleaned up after themselves. My drain pipes are galvanized pipe in a 1967 home and rather than dig up my fairly new tile floors to replace the pipes with PVC, then hire other companies to fix the tile floors and walls back to normal which would take days - if not weeks, I decided to go with Pink Plumbers' idea to use a special machine to descale my pipes and replace my 2 commodes which were water saving flushers with 2 new toilets with a forced flush. I paid $7500 instead of $25,000. So far, so good.

The technicians are paid on commission so they have an incentive to gouge. I paid a small independent owner-operator company to snake the sewer line $165 for the same job I paid $500 to Pink Plumbing a week prior. These large companies have multiple listings under different names. Always pay plumbers by the hour. It keeps them honest.
