"Hi Justin, we did work for the restaurant that you work for over a year ago. You had major issues with your sewer lines, we priced the job accordingly , once work was started , more and more issues arose from lack of preventative care on your end. Additional work requires additional payment for that said work. With that being said, we went above and beyond accommodating your restaurants business hours and came in to do the job when you were closed. The job was performed overnight at 1am and we worked until 9am the next morning. Its unfortunate that you fail to see the amount of work , materials , and man power it took to complete the job."
