"After searching Angie's List and meeting 3 contractors and getting their quotes, we were happy to have John Villa and his crews on the job. The condo is in Lighthouse Point, 50+ years old and needed extensive updating as a seasonal home for us. John was great in communicating with us (cell, text, phone, photo updates). He looked after the needed drawings/plans and municipal and HOA permits/approvals.
