Frank responded promptly and arrived on time. He wasn?t sure faucet parts could be obtained or replaced. We paid him for his assessment. He was supposed to get back to us regarding parts after we sent him the model number. This was last Saturday. We haven?t heard from him, so we are not sure what happened. We found it odd not to hear from him, especially after we sent him a text inquiring the status of his search.

Frank resolved this unexpected issue with our water heater as quick and painless as possible. I did shop around but felt so uncomfortable with some of the service men that came over. My husband and I are private people so it was uncomfortable when some of the service men would try and look in other rooms that were nowhere near the water heater or aggressively push to contact our home insurance for a problem that didn't pertain to the water heater. But from the initial phone call with Frank, I felt comfortable. He got some information about my water heater and where it was located. When he came for the estimate, he didn't wander and thoroughly evaluated our heater. Once his assessment was done, he provided me with options and answered all my questions. My husband followed up with him, asked him about different brands and when they were done speaking, my husband agreed that he got the same vibe from him. So I cancelled the rest of the estimate appointments I had and we booked Frank immediately. When he returned, again, he was respectful in our household and went straight to work. I'm working from home so he was also mindful of that as well. My husband and I would ask him questions, mostly things we heard from friends or researched on YouTube. He answered all our questions without seeming annoyed. After the service,, he followed up with your later that day to male sure everything was OK. I can honestly say, this whole experience felt like we were getting actual help instead of swindled or pressured into something. If we EVER need a plumber again, Frank will be our go-to. Thank you so much for your thoroughness and great customer service.

Frank did an amazing job not only ensuring that the water heater he installed was done in a professional manner, he also noticed that the water heater wasn't installed correctly from an electrical standpoint. He asked that I please get that corrected or he wouldn't be able to move forward with the installation. I wasn't happy to hear that there was another issue on top of the water heater needing to be replaced, but I was grateful that I knew the entire job would be correct once all the necessary updates/corrections were made. Frank is truly someone who has dignity in the work he does. Frank is not just your regular plumbing service provider, he's the best!

Frank was very professional from the time he answered the phone to the completion of the job. When I called him the first time he gave me an estimate over the phone which was very very competitive price. I had a couple of questions over the weekend before he came and each time I called he picked up the phone and took the time to answer all my questions. When he arrived on the day of the installation he was on time he was courteous and neat. He not only replaced the heater but all the copper piping to the unit and at the price he quoted me on the phone. The next day I received a text message ask me if everything was still working fine and if I had any problems I said no I didn't he said if you do just give me a holler and I'll be right back to check it. It's not often you find someone like Frank I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a professional plumbing job that will leave you with a an excellent experience and a very good price.

On time and well done

I feel very blessed to have found Frank Pazienza. He is a licensed plumber and the owner of VIP plumbing services. When you contact this company you will have a state licensed plumbing contractor on your job site not a tech. My home was built in 1960. Some of the original metal plumbing still exist coming out of the walls. I had a leak that developed and knew I needed the expertise of a plumber not a technician. He quoted me a price range for the replacement of the P-trap. When the job was completed he did not go with the higher range he went with the lower price. I added a replacement of a fill valve in a toilet in a different bathroom. I already had the parts. Ace hardware sold me the wrong parts. Frank went to Lowe s and purchased the correct parts. The price for that was so surprising that I questioned him. I thought it should have been much more. This man is technically excellent the work was performed flawlessly. More important to me this man has ethics. I will end this review as I began it and say I feel very blessed to have found such a reputable plumber.

Frank was outstanding from consultation to end of project. He contacted me within 10 minutes and installed a new 40 gal water water heater for us in less than a week's time. Very affordable with top-rate quality. I will recommend his services 10/10.

VIP was out in less than 2 days. Frank took care of us. Nothing short of cordial and great personality! A huge plus was our "baby" 2 year old Labrador that was super curious about it all. Frank worked right alongside her. What a champ. We love our new Moen faucet. It was like a second nature install to him.
