"Oh my gosh, where do I start! 
On 3/19/14 Willie, from Danny's Septic, came out to do a  pump out of our septic tank.  We weren't having any problems in the house, but the drain field was showing some fluid coming to the surface.  What we didn't realize, after seeing Willie dig a wider area and removing a huge concrete cover, was that all previous pump outs from another company had not been done correctly.  They had not completely removed the concrete cover. They had unearthed just enough dirt to prop up the cover  to insert the hose. There would not have been any way they could've observed what they were pumping, let alone the level of the septic tank contents.  All these years we thought the septic tank cover was only 8-10 inches diameter!   After Willie removed the entire cover, which is huge, he pumped everything out until the concrete floor of the septic tank could be seen.  Willie and my husband discussed having a riser installed to facilitate future maintenance calls.  Today, three gentlemen from Danny's Septic, came out to install the riser.  They were very efficient and left the area in perfect condition.  The best part of all of this is that the original area of concern on our drain field is  dry.
Thank goodness I checked out Angie's List!   We would've called the old company  and would not have been the wiser about the shoddy workmanship.  We called Danny's Septic because of their high rating and are so pleased.  We want to give a shout out to Willie. He was a real gentleman, knowledgeable and a hard worker.  He's a credit to this wonderful company.
