He listened to our concerns and what our goals were, then presented several repair and replacement options and the benefits of each so we could make an informed decision. We ended up replacing several pieces of non-functional equipment (pressure tank, softener, iron/sulfur guard) and reworking the overall setup of the system. The team worked around our schedule, and encouraged us to take part in decision making such as how to arrange the equipment etc. When they were done our new system looked great. They removed our old equipment, cleaned everything up, and even hauled out an antiquated filter that has been buried several feet in the ground for years.
