For starters, he called back the same day I made an inquiry, he showed up on time for the estimate, he followed through promptly, and he was very flexible in scheduling. Now for the tile work... he truly is an artist. His work is flawless, and even in a 98 year old house where nothing is square, you would be hard pressed to find anything that is not perfectly lined up. Just amazing work, and he explained every detail every step of the way. His prices were extremely reasonable, especially when you know you are getting a Master of the trade. We can't say enough about the quality of his work. He is truly a remarkable craftsman and artist."

"I called the owner, Mike Smith, looking for someone to do a small tile job. I had contacted another company and they quoted me an outrageous amount of money to do it, They obviously didn't want my business! When I explained the job to Mike, he agreed that most people wouldn't be interested in doing such a small job BUT he said if I got the tile, grout and Schluter edge material, he would come by the next day and put up my tile backsplash. He quoted me the amount I expected to pay for the job. He arrived right on time the next day and installed the tiles, beautifully. He was only here for a little over an hour so the price I paid was actually quite high but the job was done, done quickly and done right! I had a great experience with Mike Smith and definitely recommend him ... he can do ANYTHING you need, too!"
