Agreed to terms on one day and the job was completed the next day. Installer was excellent and cleaned up after completion. Could not have asked for more. Then, the company (Empire Tile) followed up to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Very impressive.

Had to spend additional money to fix walls at baseboard and alarm system circuit that was cut. Customer service at this point in time Is in the process of making an accommodation. Floors look good.

Empire: Horrible service and dishonest people, please stay away and find a reputable company. A sales person came to our house and offered a carpet that we liked for $3,800. We conveyed that we needed time to consider, but he kept insisting to the point that he dropped the price down to $3,100. That should have been the first red flag. After specifically asking if the installation could be done next day, to which he promised it would, we decided to hire Empire. The sales guy insisted I could do 12 months interest free, to which I also agreed. I filled out paperwork, they ran my credit, and the sales guy left with a confirmed next day 9am appointment to get new carpets. The salesperson called me about 3 hours later to say that the carpet we ordered was not in stock, and that we needed to wait over a week for it amd reschedule the installation. I said no and asked to cancel my order.. I am still waiting to hear back, but tomorrow I will formally cancel the contract
