He explains each step from demolition to installation and doesn’t leave the job completed until YOU are satisfied. He provided my wife and I photos of a dozen tiles for us to chose from. Included in his very affordable price was bringing our chosen tiles and cement and grout with him. He works neatly and takes care to leave the surrounding area and surfaces the way they were when he began the service. After watching how meticulous they were in removal, their value for the price, and customer service aspect, we pivoted our plan to Doctor Granite. They not only completed the demo work, but within a week came back to install our new quartz countertop, new sink, and new backsplash. They stayed until the job was done! "I called the owner, Mike Smith, looking for someone to do a small tile job. I had contacted another company and they quoted me an outrageous amount of money to do it, They obviously didn't want my business! When I explained the job to Mike, he agreed that most people wouldn't be interested in doing such a small job BUT he said if I got the tile, grout and Schluter edge material, he would come by the next day and put up my tile backsplash. They removed the bathtub and converted it to a walk in shower. Also removed the tile, vanity and toilet, a total makeover. Special thanks to the young man who did the tile and the young man who installed the shower door. They completed the job within a week and a half. They informed us of what they were going to do each day. They also did an awesome job on our chimney which had started to deteriorate. We are extremely happy with the results."
