Mark then called again in the afternoon to let me know he was on his way to my house. He and his helper pumped the tank and tested the pump which was not working. It was raining which they worked right through to install a new pump. We were back up and running before my teenage kids were back home that evening. Cote's has my septic business from here on out."

Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)"
