AA Cut Rate Septic Tank Service

A big shout out to John and his crew, I have had John take care of my tank since I moved in in 1997. Finally, we figured it was time for a new system. As this one was a 61-year-old system, I babied it for way too long. The work was on time, the guys were very courteous and the owner went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable with everything. Thanks, John, who would know a new septic system would be such an epic event. I recommend John and the crew!!!

My septic tank has been working fine for six months. As a precaution, because company was coming, I had him drain my septic tank and now have it overflowing. Would not trust him again.

Johnny the owner of the company was very professional and courteous. Johnny and one of his employees named Blaine did all the work in one day and cleaned up the area very well; to include leveling the yard. They even measured it for sod replacement and gave me suggestions as to who to hire for resodding. My wife and I can't say enough about how relieved we are to have the work done in such a professional manner. AA Cut Rate is also used by most of my neighbors and they highly recommended we use their services. I would recommend that anyone who needs septic pumping or any type of repairs give them a call. They also pulled the permit for us, which saved us lots of time and hassle.

Excellent company to use for septic work. John the owner , Jay and Blain are just so knowledgeable about septic systems you would never use another septic company once you use them. John kept me updated through out the whole process, Jay and Blain came out on time and were easy going, friendly and very knowledgeable with working with my septic system. Their prices are the best when it comes to septic work. I have had other companies do septic work in my home, but this company far exceeds any other company I have used in the past. Everything went great, they worked quickly and efficiently, arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. I hope that I don't need to use them again, but if I did, I definitely would.

I found this company on Angie’s List, read the reviews and called. John (owner) provided excellent communication throughout the process for this job. Estimate same as final price (free estimate), advised me when permit was in hand, showed up on time for the day scheduled, worked through light rain, good crew… professional and great clean up. John was on site for most if not all of the day. I contacted, communicated, and paid… so even though the work was not done on my house I am submitting this report as I was the intermediary for the job in all aspects as the home owner. When I get ready to have my septic changed, I’ll be using this company (AA CUT RATE SEPTIC , INC).

was able to use exisitng clean fill which brought the estimate down from 4300.00 to the final price of 2300.00. very professional and knowledgeable. answered all questions. have already recommended to my nieghbors.

John was on time for each appointment and the installation. Everything was finished in one day. They crushed our old concrete septic and installed a larger septic and new drain field. Everything was according to code and we couldn't be happier. I even had an old tree stump removed as a bonus!

Called for service on Monday morning and they were able to come out the next day. Have used previously on several occasions for my home as well as rentals. I'm always happy with their service. Quick, professional and on time. I had used once an unreliable service company and it seems they had damaged our septic tank. So I am awaiting an estimate from AA Cut Rate to replace.

John, the inspector, was very nice and knowledgeable. Since I have never owned and maintained a septic system, I had at least 20 questions. He answered all my questions, was very patient and sincere in making sure I had all the information I needed. He even drew me a diagram on how the septic worked and where the drains were in the yard. They were on time and very professional. I will recommend them to all my friends and family.

They couldn't come for a week, but we did not have an emergency. They showed up on time and performed the work quickly and professionally.

THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. ORIGINALLY THE ESTIMATE WAS MORE BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THEY WOULD NEED TO INSTALL A SYSTEM WITH A PUMP. HOWEVER, WHEN THEY ARRIVED AND STARTED THEY CALLED THE COUNTY TO COME OUT BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT THAT SYSTEM MIGHT NOT BE REQUIRED. THEY WERE RIGHT AND IT SAVED US MONEY. WHEN THEY WERE DONE, THEY LEFT THE YARD VERY NICE AND CLEANED UP. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY TROUBLE WITH THE SYSTEM.
