Needed my septic tank pumpèd out and I had tried several different companies. Plumbing Pros did what I needed and in a timely manner. Patrick called me to tell me he had mechanical problems with his truck and he would be here by 9. Got here by 9:15, explained what he was going to do and got right to work. When he finished he told me what he had done. Very courteous and professional. I will definitely use them again.

I submitted a request on angis list and heard from the plumber shortly after submitting. They were able to come out the next day at 9am. The plumber was looking for the leak and he was able to find 3 with my toilets. He showed me how he could determine the leaks. He was very thorough and kept me informed all throughout. They gave me a very reasonable price and got the work done that I needed providing me with the pictures. I will definitely use them again when I need a plumber. He was right on time for the appointment, he got the work done without any issues coming up. He gave me an upfront price before starting anything.

Excellent job, took time to explain the septic situation. Didn't try to up sell me on anything told of possible issue in the future. Came out quickly, pumped out septic then put back dirt grass. Just a professional job and a reasonable cost

Simply put we were close to a complete plumbing back up and needed a Septic Cleanout. Nearly everyone we called we had to leave a message or they were booked up for the next week. We reached out through Angi/HomeAdvisor and within a hours Plumbing Professionals reached out and were ready to offer same day service. When Patrick arrived, he promptly started pulling out tools to uncover the lid. After the tank was empty, he took a few moments to discussed the condition of the system and cleaned up before departing. Patrick was especially professional, optimistic and in spite of the situation very diplomatic.

While functional most of the time, the septic system never worked as expected. Patrick pointed out the problems and promptly repaired the system into excellent working order. Patrick was pleasant, professional and very efficient. We were pleasantly surprised at the cost of the project. Would strongly recommend this firm!

The only thing they had to do was pump the tank. We took all the back breaking work out by having it dug up cleared and ready for them. We did all the digging and clean up. The young man was respectful and kind customer service was great! Over all a great experience!

Brian the plumber was outstanding. He explained everything to us and was very professional. He replaced our toilet and faucet in our half bath. He also got rid of everything that was replaced. This is not the first time we have used them and we will continue to use them for future plumbing jobs.
