This is by far the worst service experience I have ever received. I hired this company to install a septic drain field paid them $3500 to pull the apartment and to get to work to start it not only did they neglect pulling the permit and getting the appropriate information over to the health department. After I found out this was not being done and wanted my money back they have given me the runaround I am currently sitting outside the port of Tampa know where their offices are located I drove an hour to get here and have been sitting here for close to two hours waiting for them to either allow me to come through to their office or for them to come to me and print me a check for my refund I have never been treated like this by a company before when all I want it done was the work I paid for and needed to be done on my home. I do not leave reviews for companies but something has to be said about this I am missing a whole day of work and now they are not answering the phone with any regard.

Service tech was knowledgeable and pleasant. Overall experience with the company was poor and the supervisor was condescending when we didn't agree with his suggestions. Every question we had was met with a sarcastic comment.

The man came on time. And he Pumped out my Septic tank, and unclogged a pipe.

The guys worked diligently to complete the job in a timely fashion. They were very professional and explained all the options to service the system. I would recommend this company.

I called them out for a system that had not been pumped for 10+ years. They had to break open sealed caps and told me they were going to try, but could not guaranteed they could open them without breaking and causing extra repairs....and then he tried and was successful. If they had been dishonest - they could have easily said it was not successful. I will use them again if and when I need more repair.

Called quickly.

We had a leak in our copper piping. Elmo clearly explained our options and the projected costs, then quickly set to work locating and fixing the leak. He was very professional and personable. We are highly impressed with his work. Tampa Bay Plumbers, you have a gem in Elmo. Don't lose him!

Because my septic tank was full, I hired Tampa Bay Plumbers, LLC on August 5, 2020.  The company representative, Mikayla, told me that they would charge $250.00 to drain the septic tank. The company sent a technician to my property and charged $250 from my credit card. The technician also told me the drain system needs to be replaced and that he would get his manager, Jeff L After the technician allegedly drained the septic tank and left, the problems became much worse. The toilets stopped flushing, and water was backing up into the bathtub. On August 12, 2020, I called the company again to perform the service I had already paid  for, and their manager asked me to meet him the next day. On August 13th, when I met with him, he pushed very hard to sell me the drain system again and refused to drain the tank. He asked me to pay $12,100 to replace the drain system. When I told him I did not have that amount of money, he pushed me to get financing with them.It was clear to me at this point that they never wanted to drain the septic tank but instead were hoping to replace the drain system for $12,100. When I requested to just have the tank drained in order to get the toilets and bath working again, Jeff told me that I had to pay another $250 before he would work on it. I called their company on the same day, August 13th, to schedule a technician to drain the septic tank. Their finance person, April D forced me to pay $4033.33 deposit, which is 1/3 amount of $12100, stating that otherwise, they will do nothing for me even though I paid them the service fee for $250.00. In conclusion, I have had a terrible experience with this untrustworthy company. I believe that they are strategy is to offer a lower cost service fee and not actually perform the service, with the ultimate goal of robbing unsuspecting people!
