"They did a lot of plumbing services for our church. We were remodeling and there was a lot of plumbing that needed to be done. They installed new toilets and all that kind of stuff. We had a backed up drain at our church, and they came right out right away and took care of the problem. Just they knew we were in a bad situation on a Sunday morning. Some people are elderly, and can't walk distance, and the closest bathroom was at Winn Dixie in the shopping plaza. They knew we needed help right away."

"After unsuccessfully hiring 'root-based' issue, Elite was able to 1) identify the true cause of the issue which was actually caused by Verizon's excavation of our frontage/sewer asccess, completely cutting through our sewer pipe to the sub system, and 2) managed to dig through our access sewer portal to release the unbelievably horrid build-up that resulted from 2 weeks of this nightmare. They assisted me in contacting the Pinellas County Utility folks who were dispatched to address the broken sewer pipe issue."
