This company does not honor any warranty work after they have been paid. Ron will do all in his power to earn your business but once you have paid for their crappy work do not look for anyone to put you on the priority list. The calls are ignored for long periods, and if you do get them on the phone, Ron has a thousand excuses and lies about why he has not honored or returned the calls. Prices are reasonable but they bring truth to you and get what you pay for! Buyers beware, wish I had not spent my 2k with Advanced Water Services my system has been leaking ever since it was installed and I am still waiting for Ron to honor the warranty and repair the leak for 2 months now!!

Knowledgeable and did not charge me for work not needed

Install went above and beyond! Older houses often present issues from previous owners. All my questions were answered in a timely manner. Prices were very reasonable.

Was very help f ull with another issue

Showed up as promised and told me that my RainSoft was not only improperly installed but the protective shield for the tanks was never installed and the fiberglass inner coating was breaking down. He also told me that he couldn't promise to get it running again, but he did manage to do so.

Knows the older product we have and upgraded it nicely. Did not try to sell me a newer system. Very transparent and value focused. We wanted soft water that was flow and use determined and we now have it at a very reasonable cost. A professional, customer focused process.

From the beginning when I talk to Ron , everyone I dealt with was very professional! They explained the process very well and made me feel comfortable that I would get a professional job done. That did happen!

First, they did a great job fixing my plumbing issue. However, I was not happy that they took the Angi referral as an invitation to show up at my house and start digging in my backyard! Then, he criticized me for not answering the phone or responding to the doorbell. What??? I don't believe that's how this is supposed to work. What happened to coming over only when I ask you to? I almost didn't hire them because of all this, but I really needed the repair done.

A good family - owned company and very nice people. Reasonable prices, quality products and good service. I've had them for my RO filter and softener for 14 years and will use them in the future. It's so nice to eliminate bottled water!

Ron was very nice when I spoke to him on the phone. He offered to come by the next day to take a look at our water softener. However, he never showed up the next day and did not respond to my text message.

Ron was very informative and Matt,the tech, was capable, polite and neat. So far the system is working well.

this man was very experienced and knowledgeable on all types of water softeners. I gave is card to my neighbor who has an uninstalled water softener and is looking for a good installer to hire.

On 3/11/2020 I had this company install a water filtration system by Aquasana. All the products were supplied by Aquasana including a bypass system so I could add water to the pool so I do not use filtered water but regular city water. I did not know it would be installed by a subcontractor not a regular employee...few of the parts that were sent for the install were used....the directions were not followed and I did not get the bypass installed as it should have been.. the system leaks at one of the connections and has since install date...called 4 time to get repaired..even sent pics that were requested...owner asked the gentleman who installed originally and he refused to come back to do repair.....I still have the leak and it looks like I will have to get a real plumber to come in and reinstall as it should have been done from the start at my expense.....as a disabled veteran I don not have another $350.00 to throw around but I can not have a leak....I would not recommend...It is now 4/25/2020...no fix no call
