Tried to up sell me stuff I did not need. Very sloppy worker, sprayed rusty water everywhere.

They were excellent! They did a great job! In fact we were calling them today for another problem. The guy that came out did a good job. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. We had people that came tell us it was going to cost 1300 bucks or 1500 bucks to solve the problem. He solved the problem for $700. I would highly recommend them. They were first class. It's a family operation. They're good at returning phone calls and just coming up with practical solutions to things.

He did a great job for me.  He came out very quickly as he happened to be down the road from me doing another job.  I had to wait about an hour for him.  I thought that the submersible pump had gone out and I checked the pressure switch.  He said that it was some other electronic part that had a problem and was very honest.  He provided quick service.  I will call him back anytime in future.  He answered his phone right away.  His professionalism was just fine, excellent.

Responded quickly and professionally. They were able to install the next day and had the best price for an emergency. This was before we joined Angie's List so we made quite a few calls to find someone.

I called Pasco Pump, (found them here), after calling another plumbing outfit I had found on Google.  I had no hot water in the tub/shower in a rental unit that had just been rented, but no amount of money would get that first company out here that afternoon.  I realized it was late in the day, (4PM), but ... come on!
That's when I remembered I'd joined Angie's List when we first moved to this area a few weeks back.   I found Pasco Pump and gave them a call.  Sue, (the owner's wife), answers the phone there, and I explained my circumstance and what I needed.  Her husband, (and owner of the company), Bill was here an hour or so later.
Unlike many, Bill was willing to do the part of the job I needed done, and leave the rest to me to finish.  He even cut his normal service call in HALF because his part of the job took so little time.  I didn't ask him to do that ... he just did it.  He was more interested in being fair than he was in how much money he could make from every call.  How many tradesmen do you know like that these days?
On the phone, Sue was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient, and in person Bill was presentable, personable, and professional.  Not to mention a nice guy to boot.  I will definitely use Pasco Pump from now on, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a friend.
P.S.  Something that matters to me as a veteran is that Bill is too.  A Marine, but I didn't hold that against him!  ;-)

We would recommend them to anyone. They are quick and they do a great job. They last came on a Saturday at 6 in the evening because we had no water. They came within 20 minutes and were done in less than an hour. Their prices are fair. They are very responsive and very punctual. They are really good; they are the best.
