Dane was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made several trips to show us samples and even ordered a larger sample so we could see what it looked like in our home. His workers were very prompt and efficient and did excellent work. They were very pleasant and took their job seriously and the quality was excellent. Extremely pleased with the quality of both the product and workmanship of the flooring and installation. Dane was very friendly and easy to work with. He even helped me find a plumber completely unrelated to the work he was there to do. I would recommend this company and Dane to anyone looking for good quality flooring and service. I would rate them more than 5 stars if i could.!!

DANE MARSHLACK was great to work with! Outstanding communication and follow up to ensure we were happy with the project. He gave us several options on flooring replacement. Many options and he was knowledgeable about the different flooring choices. We will absolutely use them again in the future.

They didn't complete the job. They left cracks where you could see daylight coming through the edges of the floor. I had to ask them to come back to caulk cracks.They did come back the next day and completed the work. The owner did part of the work himself.They also didn't replace threshold like they promised. But the owner said they would complete it when they come to do the shower. All in all the floor was rotten and unsafe to walk on. But now the floor is solid and safe to walk on. And looks good. When I had a complaint. They resolved it quickly and to my satisfactions.

They are very consumer friendly. They took every opportunity to explain all of my options and definitely did not point me to most expensive option. They were very punctual which is very rare in today s world. My time is very valuable to me. I would highly recommend them for any home improvement project.

We are Canadian. .we had a flood in our house in Florida. .we went home for Christmas and the Royal Rug crew came in while away and replaced the hardwood flooring. Did a great job and clean up.

You will be waiting two months for whatever you order, and it takes warnings to get them to get over and do the work. Then they don't show, and schedule at their convenience. They then demand immediate payment, although they make you wait months. You will be faced with threats to pay, or they will put a lien on your property. Horrible customer service, rude, and way too expensive. Not worth the stress at all. Go somewhere else. Randy is a rude person.

"Ms. R. We take great pride in everything we do by virtue of all our 5 stars. The first order took you a month to pay? Job was beautiful. We did send past dues. The second job I called your son Randy and asked him when can we install? He said **my a/c is out and I will call when we are ready**Ms.R a few weeks later, texted requesting an installation date. I texted her back immediately and at the time we were 2 weeks booked. Ms.R sent me another text 10 days after the installation (still not paid, again) Ms R said and I quote **I am going to take my sweet time to pay you like you took with me** A lien was filed to finally collect."

This was a team of real Pros. Randy, John and Jose were a great leadership team. We redid our main floor with tile and two full stairs with switch back landings in hardwood. The tile cuts were well designed. The grout matches perfectly. The thresholds were matched perfectly for the tile and existing doorways. During the install had typical minor glitches (as always in projects of this size, nothing out of the ordinary). They all were handled by what was obviously experience based problem solving. So much so that with incredible flexibility the project was delivered early!

They were a little late getting here, through no fault of theirs, and I was called saying they would be here in about 20 minutes, and they actually were! I'm not used to companies being on time. Was a big job, in my estimation, but they did it in one day and it really looks great!
